GENERAL TERMS:

I want nothing to do with NFT, Crypto, BitCoin, AI, ETC.
None of my art, commissioned or not, will ever become an NFT. This is NOT up for discussion. This includes and is not limited to ANY blockchain related technology, to include NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space, and is not limited to any public or private websites/domains/applications. Do not put my artwork into AI programs, nor use AI generated works in reference boards given to me.
I have the right to decline your commission.
Sometimes the skill level required is not what I have. And sometimes I'm just art blocked and know I can't complete your commission in a timely fashion, or achieve a good result. Always feel free to try again in the future!
Do NOT claim commissioned work as your own work.Reposting commissioned pieces is allowed as long as credit is given.Turnaround times range from a few days to a few months.
Please note that I am a college student and will prioritize school over commissions. If you can't wait, then please don't commission me! I'll keep you in the loop and you are always free to ask me about updates though!
My art style varies - feel free to request a specific style (textured, clean, painted), but I will most likely do whatever I think looks best/fitting to the character.
Please do not commission me expecting an exact and perfect replication of an existing piece. I shuffle through styles and drawing apps often, and it's most likely not going to happen. Sorry! ;;^;;
You are not allowed to edit, change or tweak my artwork without my permission/knowledge.
Any edits should be requested when a sketch is provided, as I won't change the image majorly once I'm done. If I am streaming, requests for edits may be accepted, as long as they're reasonable. Larger edits requested may result in an extra charge due to the surplus work. This applies for closed species designs as well. I am not obligated to fix any edited designs that are sent to corrections.
You are not allowed to resell my designs for a higher price than purchased, barring commissioned, paid art of the character.
Doing so will result in you being blacklisted from purchasing designs / art from me.
You're ALWAYS free to ask for updates on your commission!
Sometimes all I need is a small prod. I'm only human, and may forgot. I will try my best to keep you updated either way.
I will not copy designs of existing creatures, nor copy another artist's art style.
Also don't copy my designs, you will be blacklisted :(((((

PAYMENT / REFUND POLICY:

I will reply to your email // message on whether I'll accept the commission or not.
Please do not send a payment without my approval before we've settled on details!
Invoices must be paid within a week of it being sent - unless a payment plan has been prediscussed.
No work will start (barring the initial sketch) until the invoice is paid in full.
Payments will be done through PayPal in USD.
If you do not know the conversion from your currency to USD, search it up before commissioning art. This will prevent miscommunications and any issues on both ends.
After the piece is paid for and sketch is completed (or design/work is started), refunds will not be allowed.
The only exemption would be if I decide to cancel the commission myself, whether it be due to art block or irl issues.

OTHER:

Commercially speaking, I retain the copyrights to any piece I am commissioned to do, unless a separate agreement has been discussed and confirmed between me and the client. Pieces will not be for commercial use unless it has been discussed and agreed upon.
This means I can make reproductions of the illustration I made for you, to sell as prints or other products. What this does NOT mean is that I retain the rights to your character. If you don't want this, feel free to discuss these things beforehand before commissioning! Just be communicative - and I will NEVER sell art I've done for you without talking to you first.
Commercial pieces will incur an extra fee, dependent on the purpose and uses of the piece.
You may choose between a higher initial commercial fee and no royalty obligations, or a lower fee with a royalty percentage that we will both discuss and agree upon.
Rush orders, depending on the timeframe, will incur an extra fee.Do not sell or create any merchandise with my art on them without my permission.

Rules may change at my discretion.
By commissioning me you agree to all above conditions.
